Matthias joined NDA in 2010, he's a leading expert in pricing and reimbursement with a special focus on Germany and also specialises in health economic evaluation, quality of life research and risk assessment and evaluation.

Before Joining The NDA Advisory Board

Matthias currently teaches risk and insurance and health economics at Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany; Director of the Institute for Risk and Insurance and for the Competence Center for Risk and Insurance, Hannover; Leads the Center for Health Economics Research Hannover; Editor in chief of the European Journal of Health Economics, Health Economics Review and the Journal for Insurance Science.
