We’re delighted to share that SSI Strategy has been ranked #4 in Consulting Magazine’s Best Firms to Work For 2026. This marks our sixth consecutive year among the top firms recognised by Consulting Magazine. For us, it’s that consistency that means the most.
SSI has grown and changed considerably over those six years. We’ve welcomed new colleagues, expanded our expertise and continued to evolve as a business. What has remained constant is the calibre of the people here and the culture they create together.
At SSI, we integrate business acumen with deep medical, scientific, regulatory and operational expertise, working alongside biotech and pharmaceutical companies as they build, grow and evolve their organisations and advance their medicines.
That work often means becoming a genuine extension of a client’s team. The relationships we build with our clients, and the trust they place in our people, are an important part of what makes working at SSI rewarding.
So while this recognition belongs first and foremost to our people, we also want to thank our clients. You give our teams the opportunity to work on complex, meaningful challenges and to do work that matters.
But rather than us telling you what makes SSI a great place to work, this year we’re handing that part of the story over to our people.
