SSI Strategy (“SSI,” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We also may use your email address for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Site changes or for customer service purposes). You cannot opt out of receiving emails for non-marketing or administrative purposes. We use non-personal information for internal purposes and to help us understand demographics and traffic patterns on the Site, and to create similar statistics and analyses. Choice & Consent

Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary. We maintain records retention policies and procedures so that personal information is deleted after a reasonable period time. We retain your personal information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and for as long as needed in order to comply with our legal, regulatory, accounting, and contractual obligations

Children’s Privacy

You must be 13 years or older to use the Site. As a result, we do not collect information about children.

GDPR

SSI complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies or service providers. Some of these companies and service providers may be located outside the EEA. California Civil Code California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
